Tameka Lancaster has worked with individuals ranging from age five through geriatrics—this includes Couples, Families and Individuals. To compliment her approach to providing life coaching, she is also a Licensed Mental Health Professional with well over a decade of experience with providing general psychotherapy but specializing in treating Anxiety and Depression. The population served suffers from various DSM-V diagnoses including substance abuse as well as common life struggles and challenges.

Given her unique and multi-dimensional methods of helping, Ms. Lancaster is affectionately known as the Author, Coach & Inspiration. She is the creator of various types of self-help material that includes authoring books and audio CD(s). Ms. Lancaster is the author of two of the future five book(s) series, "What Kind Of Mess Is This…Control: How You Start Is How You End and the follow-up book and "What Kind Of Mess Is This…27 Suggestions: Breaking Cycles of Being Consumed by Problems At Work and Other Group Settings. She is a commercial actress who has appeared in various commercials and is member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Ms. Lancaster has worked in the capacity of Clinical Supervisor developing other mental health professionals and substance abuse counselors teasing out areas of need and conducting workshops.

Her style of providing service is very practical and relatable; Ms. Lancaster works to assist individuals with developing a change in perspective to recover resulting in a redirected negative thought process to a more positive aspect.
